The Textil Collective – located in an old textile warehouse, in the right Eixample, right in front of Casa Calvet – has become a temple and point of pilgrimage for craft beer fans. And it is also one of the most unique spaces dedicated to the restaurant in Barcelona: its 1100 m2 houses a craft beer bar and cocktail bar, a barbecue restaurant unique in Barcelona, a cafe and a brewery that has a production capacity of 120,000 liters per year.
La Textil, the fire that strings everything together
In the space that Brian Blazek dreamed of one day, many projects coexist: a concert hall, a brewery, a bar and the restaurant whose kitchen is directed by Pablo Lagrange.
A restaurant, bar, brewery? All this and more is La Textil
La Textil is something like the Kinder egg or the Swiss army knife of eating and drinking: a craft brewery in the center of Barcelona that also works as a bar-restaurant and where you can listen to live music.
One of our partners, The Palace Hotel
Inspired by music festivals where live music, food, and beer converge, La Textil is a multifunctional space. In the main restaurant on the ground floor, fire is the celebrated method of preparation using local and seasonal produce under the direction of Head Chef, Pablo Lagrange (previously at Tickets, Pakta, and Noma) and sous chef, Lucía (Enigma).
